**DECISION AND JUDGEMENT OF THE OFFICIAL STARTER AND RACE OFFICIALS ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS**

BMS K&N Pro Series will run FIXED iracing setups.

The normal BMS K&N Pro Series program will consist of practice, qualifying, and feature event. Standard feature event will be 43 cars. You must qualify your way into the race.

 RACE FORMAT:

Practice: Self-explanatory, please show some respect while practicing. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR IN PRACTICE AT LEAST 30MIN BEFORE QUAL. We use the last 10 mins of qualifying to do the drivers meeting. Qualifying will start at 8:20 pm.

DRIVERS MEETING: YOU MUST BE IN DRIVERS MEETING. If you show up after or during drivers meeting you will not race!! You must get with an admin prior if you think you wont make the drivers meeting.

Drivers meeting will start at 8:30pm eastern, we will use the last 10min of qualifying to do so. When the tower calls out drivers meeting, PLEASE EXIT YOUR CAR and get ready for drivers meeting. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS RULE WILL GET YOU DQ'd FOR THE RACE.  We will go over the last weeks race and go over some rules at each drivers meeting. Make sure you have your voice chat enabled for the race. We don't care if you have a mic, but you must be able to hear the officials.

Qualifying: BMS K&N Pro Series will have single car, lone wolf qualifying for its events.  Only the top 43 cars will start the race. During qualifying please do not talk on radio or text chat. You will be assessed a EOLL penalty if you do. The only person that should be talking is the BMS official.

The promoter and/or individual track promoters may have the option to add additional starters to the feature.

RACE PROCEDURE:

GREEN FLAG: Its up to the race leader to dictate the start. Its up to the other drivers to not get black flagged for passing before start finish line. We will not clear black flags. The Race leader can choose to start inside or outside, but must choose at the S/F line at "one to go."

YELLOW FLAG RULE: When the yellow flag and lights are displayed, all cars must hold position and slow to caution speed. Racing back to the line and/or gaining positions under caution will not be tolerated. All cars must get single file and bunch up quickly. Any disputes in track position will be resolved by officials in the tower, or if necessary, revert to the last completed green flag lap as recorded by the transponder system. If you are directly involved in, and/or are the reason for the caution, you may blend back into traffic when safe to do so. Rough driving will not be tolerated. If contact with a car causes a yellow flag and is not deemed a ‘racing incident’, that car will be subject to a EOLL penalty.

WHILE UNDER CAUTION: Please stagger the grid with odd cars low and even cars high. This just helps with not having to worry if the guy in front checks up. The tower will tell you to stay low while a wave by comes by.

After a caution comes out PLEASE do not start talking on the radio, the only people that should be talking are the officials and the race leader calling out of where the pace car is at and or saying checking up turn 2.

If you’re the cause of a caution please type in ALL ME, if your involved in the caution please type in INV.

If you have 2 self spins, you will be asked to park it. If you cause 3 cautions, you will be asked to park it + receive a penalty at the next race.

**IF YOU CAUSE A WRECK UNDER CAUTION AFTER WE HAVE SLOWED DOWN, you will be given a black flag  for a stop and go under green** In short use your head and pay attention.

** THERE WILL BE NO RETALIATION PERIOD** IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE BOOTED!!!!

PIT STOP LIMIT:  There will be a predetermined number of pit stops allowed. We at BMS feel that tire management and clean driving is what wins you races. You will be assessed a 1lap penalty at the end of the race for each pit stop made past the allowed amount. You may pit multiple times under the same caution for optional repairs, (this will only be counted as one stop)  The race will not be official until we review the race.

BLACK FLAGS: We will not clear black flags…… The only time we will is if you get spun or spin into pit lane. Pay attention to the in game directions so you don’t get a passing under the yellow flag.

FREE PASS: A “free pass” will be given to the first car one lap or more down at the caution flag. The tower will notify the spotter of the driver awarded the free pass to go by the pace car and line up at the tail end of the longest row. That driver must remain at the tail regardless of the double file restart. The free pass will only be used when there have been a minimum of two consecutive laps of green flag racing and will not be given to any driver who brings out the caution flag. A free pass will not be issued inside of ten (10) laps remaining in the event.

AFTER THE CHECKERED: Do not wreck anybody after the checker, slow down and either enter the pit or pull off the track.

** RACE WILL NOT BE OFFICIAL UNTIL WE HAVE REVIEWED THE RACE**
